    4. Buyer's rights and obligations

The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the goods within 3 working days from the moment of concluding the purchase-sale contract (except for cases where the Buyer chooses to collect the goods himself in Vilnius and pay for them in cash at the time of collection) and to accept these goods later.

    4.5. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

    4.6. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section.

    4.7. The buyer using e-mail in the Siltassiulas.lt store, agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

     

    5. Seller's rights and obligations

    5.1. In case of important circumstances, the seller can temporarily or completely terminate e-mail. the work of the Siltassiulas.lt store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

    5.2.     5.7. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer under the conditions set out in these Rules. The Seller is not responsible if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

    5.8. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if prepayment was made.

     

    6. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines

    6.5. The Buyer, confirming that he has familiarized himself with these Rules, agrees that the documents for the purchase of goods - Invoices, which are also the goods' warranty vouchers, will be submitted to him together with the parcel or electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's registration form. The invoices indicate the selected goods, their quantity, discounts granted (if any), the final price of the goods, including all taxes, delivery charges and other data required to be submitted based on the legal acts regulating accounting.

     

    7. Delivery of goods

    7.1. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

    7.2. The goods are sent to the Buyer via Omniva, LP Express, DPD Pickup post machines and with the help of a courier, after the Buyer has paid for it in advance.

    7.3. Sending goods by Omniva, LP Express or DPD Pickup postage meters costs €2.50, delivery by DPD courier costs €4.00. The shipping fee is included in the total bill.

    When purchasing goods for more than EUR 60.00, the goods are delivered free of charge to the Buyer by Omniva, LP Express, DPD Pickup post machines or by DPD courier in Lithuania.

    7.6. Goods are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving payment (during quarantine and summer, goods may be shipped within 2-5 days), if the goods are in the Seller's warehouse. The exact date of shipment of the goods and the shipment number of the goods are indicated to the Buyer by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by him.

    7.7. Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, it is considered that the goods have been transferred to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods were actually accepted by the buyer himself or another person who signed the delivery document. If the postal worker does not find a person who can accept the goods at the address specified by the buyer, the goods are left at the relevant branch of the Lithuanian Post Office, informing the Buyer about this. The Buyer undertakes to pick up the goods himself from the specified post office according to the procedure and terms established by Lietuvos Pašto AB.

    7.8. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault, the wrong delivery address specified by the Buyer, or due to other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

     

    8. Product quality, guarantees

The amount of money paid for the goods and the costs of delivery of the goods paid by the Buyer are returned to the Buyer. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. 

    9.2. In order to return goods based on Rule 9.1. point, the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by drawing up the deed of return of the goods and submitting it to the Seller within the period specified in this point o days for the Buyer, by drawing up the act of return of the goods and submitting it to the Seller together with the returned goods within the period specified in this clause.     9.3. In order to return goods, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:

    9.3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

    9.3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

    9.3.3. the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels intact, etc.);

    9.3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

    9.3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document (invoice - invoice) and 9.2 of these rules. the deed of return of goods specified in point.

    9.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 9.3. the procedures for returning goods are established in the article.

    9.5. When returning the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products.

    9.6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid is returned to the Buyer.

     

    10. Liability of buyer and seller

    10.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

    10.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using this e-mail. in the store.

    12. Final Provisions

    12.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

    12.2. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

    12.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
